In our development and design department, we design a broad range of cutting and pressing tools, including transfer moulding tools and plastic moulding tools. We also manufacture inspection, welding and assembly jigs, including prototypes.
Our designers develop modern and innovative tools and jigs, which are subsequently manufactured in one place – from the design phase to manufacturing and final adjustment.
We work exclusively in modern 3D graphics programs. We exchange data with customers in all commonly used graphics formats and collaborate on development.
On request, we also carry out product feasibility studies, during which we simulate the weak points of mouldings in order to find the best solution before production begins. For this purpose, we use state-of-the-art simulation software CAD, CAM including SOLIDWORKS, POwer Mill and Logo Press.
In addition to that, our tool shop serves as support for the maintenance of our other machines. Each of our customers thus has certainty of high-quality care throughout the life of the project.
Our experience and state-of-the-art machinery enable us to offer production of high-quality pressing tools and jigs according to the latest findings and using the highest-quality materials. All of this ensures that production is carried out on time, in the required quality and at competitive prices.
